Managing your IDX Leads

To view your current leads, login in to your control panel and click the Leads tab at the top of the page.

Lead Activity Page

You will see the list of the latest activities leads have taken on your site, such as signing up for a Property Organizer account and submitting a Property Information Request.

You can open a lead’s record page by clicking their name in the Lead Activity list and selecting “Manage Lead”.

View and Search Leads

Click “Lead List” in the left sidebar. The Leads page has a complete list of all your leads; you can search, view, create and delete leads from this page.

  • View a Lead: click on a lead’s name to be directed to their Lead Record page
  • Delete a Lead: hover over a lead’s row and click the trashcan icon at the end of the row. You will be prompted to confirm whether you want to delete the lead
  • Search Leads: use the search bar in the page header to search by lead name or email address in real time
  • View Additional Leads in the List: if you have more than 20 leads, you can navigate by clicking the left and right arrows at the bottom of the table, or use the row display dropdown to view more leads on the page

Add a New Lead

To create a new lead in the control panel, navigate to LEADS > Leads List and click on the “Add New” button.

The only required field to create a new lead is the email field.

Optional fields include: name, phone number, street address, city, state, postal code. Leads can also have an optional 2nd email address.

Edit a lead

For each lead you can view Contact Requests, Email Update Activity, and Searches.

You can edit contact details for a lead by clicking the “EDIT” link in the Contact box.

You can keep notes about a lead using the note box in the lower left. Leads do not see the content of these notes.

The Activity tab displays a chronological list of activities the specific lead has taken on your site, including: signing up for a property organizer, viewing a listing, saving a listing, saving a search, submitting property listing request, valuation request, and general contact request.

Saved searches are a great way of notifying your lead of new properties that are available that meet their specifications. When you add a saved search for a lead they will receive an email every time a new property is added to the IDX feed (within that Saved Search).
